Recently I had the pleasure of working with Michele on a small land deal that had some deed and title issues. I was hesitant at first knowing that it didn’t represent a large commission and would take a fair amount of work to close. Michele assured me that no deal was too small for her, that she didn’t work just for money but is motivated to help people. I was doubtful and thought this is just hyperbole but sure enough Michele engaged with the vigor of somebody working on a million-dollar deal. She demonstrated a near encyclopedic knowledge of the industry and if I didn’t know better (she made it clear) I would have thought she was a title attorney, loan officer and REA all wrapped into one tidy package as we worked through the intricacies of the deal. We were casually introduced to Michele Molinaro by the selling agent at Ross Landing in Flowers Plantation. That was our lucky day! Michelle quickly responded to our desire to enlist her and VFG Realty in our effort to sell our existing house in Clayton. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Being a military family, this was not our first home buying experience, and with that, we had developed over the years a no nonsense attitude. Time is everything when it is dictated by the government, and we knew going into this specific purchase we needed a team player. We are a military family, constantly moving to an area we have never been to before which makes it difficult to find a Realtor we know and trust. Out of many Realtors we have dealt with over a 28 year career in the Army has been challenging to say the least.
